Born in Berkley in the mid 50’s, an aspiring author emerges with an infectious and passionate energy. Inspired by mysticism and spiritual awareness, James is an old soul returned from the Cosmos, grateful to share the gift of imagination, a vast vision unveiled in the first volume of the Myriad.
Nicholas Sandy: Creative Director
Born in San Francisco in March of 1989, he spent most of his early years playing video games, drawing, painting and, on many occasions, spending time observing his parents advertising agency. After graduating High School in the spring of 2007, Nick went on to College to pursue a degree in Graphic Design. Two short years later, he was asked to design a book cover and several illustrations for this project. That position would quickly develop into a full role as Art Director for the Myriad.
Amy Mourelatos: Proof Reader
Born May 1985 in Concord CA, she grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from Concordia University in 2007. Securing her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, these acute skills enhanced the Myriad.
Brianna R. Stocker: Senior Editor and Story Consultant
Born April 1993 in the San Francisco Bay Area, she had from a young age a creative energy for reading and writing, among other things. She became a High School graduate not long after her 16th birthday and, mere months later, would go on to become an editor and member of The Myriad.
Mary Padilla: Color Director and Production Artist
Born in 1981 and raised in the Philippines, Mary graduated High School at the Dominican College before going on to study at the Philippine Women’s University. In 2002 she moved to the United States to follow her passions at Chabot College for Fine Arts, and began her work painting portraits, landscapes and working as a creative designer. Having a wide range of mediums, she works primarily with oil, watercolor, graphite pencil, Photoshop and acrylic. She proved invaluable in bringing to life the Cover, Website and Template of the Myriad.
